The brief
What they needed
City Prime Investments is a new company starting from a standing start — no website, no online footprint. They wanted a site that presented them as a credible, established name from day one: somewhere to lay out their services, show the properties they've invested in, and give prospects a clear route to get in touch. The brief was to look like a firm with a track record, not a brand-new one.
What was costing them work
With no website at all, City Prime had no way to be found and nothing to point a prospect to. Anyone who searched for the name came up empty, and anyone they pitched had to take the firm at its word — no case studies, no portfolio, no proof. In property investment, where deals close on trust and track record, having no online presence meant every interested party who tried to check them out first hit a dead end. The absence wasn't neutral; it was quietly costing them credibility on every introduction.
