01What is missed call text back?
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a WhatsApp or text saying you'll call them back, so they don't ring the next tradesman on Google while you're up a ladder. A WhatsApp button on your site comes free with every build. The automatic reply runs on the WhatsApp Business API and is an add-on, as is having AI reply to the customer and take the job details.
02Can customers WhatsApp me from my website?
Yes. We add a WhatsApp button to every page so customers can message you and send photos of the job. It comes as standard with our £1,500 Lead Generator tier and above.
03How much does AI automation cost for a tradesman?
Setup starts from £450 per workflow as a one-off. Monthly running costs depend on the workflow, and we tell you the figure before we start.
04Do I have to change the tools I already use?
